Your privacy is important to Vortex Man LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “Vortex”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the personal information that Vortex collects and how we use and share this information when you visit vortexuniverse.com (the “Site”).

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

We may use social media platforms, such as Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook, to communicate with you and integrate social media services with our Site. Any information you voluntarily submit to or post to a publicly accessible social media platform, network, or other online forum may be viewed and used by others. Our site may also contain links that lead to other third party sites or services. We cannot control such third party uses of your information, so your use of, navigation to, or interaction with those third party sites or services are at your own risk.

The California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CPRA”) provides California residents with specific privacy rights:

If you would like to designate an agent for exercising your rights, please send an email from your own email address to engagement@vortexuniverse.com indicating the name and email address of your agent. We will respond to that person’s requests using both your email address and the agent’s email address.

If you are exercising CPRA access or deletion rights on behalf of another person, please understand that we will need to verify your authority with the person you seek to represent.

 

We will not retaliate against you if you exercise your rights under CPRA.

  1. European Privacy Notice

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us via one of the methods described in the Contact Information section below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
